I thought she had brainwashed Raon and had summoned him. To be fair even though he is powerful, he only recently realized he’s dealing with a Leila, and one who has repeated these event many times. She has known all his strengths, weaknesses, and secrets from the very beginning, so poisoning/controlling his disciple’s mind isn’t that surprising. He is powerful for this age, but it’s been mentioned that the ancient mages were a lot more impressive, but she has the same powers as the ancient Leila who nearly overpowered those mages in the past. The matchup is very much in her favor.
What a disappointing chapter, he has all that power and all he could do was bring some light and do nothing and just letting one of his disciples get kidnapped by Ivonne.
