Well if you think of her actions as being a result of mental illness due to trauma and such in the first timeline, it's easier to come to forgive her.
In the second tl where she hasn't faced the shit as in the first she's here actively trying to be better and more than anything she keeps her child's happiness at the very first.
You can admit she was in the wrong while liking her now for atleast trying and well, succeeding to be better.
