Nah, he was just diligent and have been learning all this time, he just couldn't get it together for the exams. All the things he knows are literally from the books he's reading and from experience he gained by working construction sites.
Yeah, I just thought that maybe he did acquire some knowledge thru TGED too since he mentioned that there were like "panels" in front of him, something that Lloyd had as well. Normally you'd think of that fantasy-like thing if you've read stories too.
Initially, I thought Lloyd's knowledge was shared through him in his mind or some sort, but after reading this chap, I'm leaning more on him getting construction knowledge through reading Lloyd's TGED haha
