Yes he does care.
They are childhood friends after all but it's still terrible that he used him in that way. Any friend would feel bad if they were just being used. Especially now that he realized that Mitsu likes him.
Am I the only one who feels bad for Mitsunaga that Tate is using him to get to his crush?
I mean he likes Tate so much but Tate is only using him.
