From what I've read on other posts, he's actually seen her before at her school that she mentioned but at that she was realllllly young and he was older so he knew it'd be weird since technically for her- they hadn't met yet. So he knows all about her but is waiting to meet again

I KMEW IT I was beginning to wonder if they would be able to meet in her current time line and omfg im glad I continued reading. I do wonder why he did not meet with her but considering the time skip he probably got the days confused OR was too busy with his current job considering he seems to be doing financially well if he is dining at that restaurant.
