finally found my person .. everyone is stuck on that dohu betrayed juheon ... like bro both has traumas juheon has trust issues etc but dohu was also being bullied and told all his life that nobody will stay with you etc thats why he didn't tell him about that reference shit ... and he also told juheon that he likes him but of course juheon have trust issues due to past tauma and he disappeared... not saying juheon is wrong but dohu has suffered enough.. i just want him to be happy
Devil's advocate --> realistically, i dont think this is about punishing Dohu. Juheon is not trying to harm Dohu or exact any type of revenge. He just wants to protect his own peace. And once a couple has separated, especially if it was bc one party hurt another, the harmed party doesn't owe the other side anything. No one owes their ex another chance and thats the hard pill to swallow in stories like this where the MC is so interesting and lovable. But that's also why it's important for Dohu to wait until Juheon is ready before pushing for more.
The fact that the neighbor knows Dohu and has called the cops on him repeatedly, tells us that
Dohu must have gone back to that apartment repeatedly over the last four years, to the point where that guy wants to move states.
