Clearly you’re aren’t reading the same manga. She’s been in multiple bands lately and has experienced all kinds of issues and you can tell she’s starting to get burnt out. Also they’re not asking Mitsuki to change they’re literally asking her to delete HER SOLO section of a song they wrote together after their song went viral and right before a live performance. How exactly do you handle something like that? It’s canon that Mitsuki has issues expressing herself, she doesn’t do well with confrontation and is a bit of a people pleaser. At least that’s how high school Mitsuki was. Either way I’m sure it’s hard to speak up when the rest of the band wants something different especially if it’s been her 3rd, 4th, 5th who knows time that’s she tried to stay in/find a band she likes.
You're funny. We can interpret things differently even while reading the same story. The girls wanted something specific for their music, and mitsuki's solo didn't fit that for them. This chapter Mitsuki is showing how the music that band is playing isn't her, and she is getting discourage. Of course it's always gonna be hard to speak up about your needs when you're not used to it, but that doesn't mean the girls in the band are in the wrong because they collectively agreed to remove a part one person was pleased with. I know mitsuki wants to preform her type of music, so she's clinging to the only group that has so far been a great experience. The band is literally just starting out, if Mitsuki decides to stay with this group, she could have plenty of opportunities to preform how she truly wants, IF she learns to communicate it properly. She could also take this as a learning experience by playing music that's not within her comfort zone. There's also nothing stopping Mitsuki from making her own music in her free time, or even going solo.

Everyone's hating the girls in the band, but tbh they're just being honest about what they want and expect from the band (yeah it's mainly for socials and theyre just trying to become internet famous, i don't think they like music the way Mitsuki does). Mitsuki didn't even try to communicate what she wanted from the band. I'm not saying Mitsuki needs to change to fit into the group (i do think she can learn things from playing a different genre she's comfortable with), but yall can't expect the girls to change either because of one band member's preference it's kind of a 3v1 in what the band plays. Mitsuki can always write music for herself whilst still taking in the experience of playing with different types of people and music. Just until she finds the right people for the type of music she wants (which can still come with its own hurdles).
