I wouldn't say its that unrealistic... unfortunately. Because these celebrities are very good at hiding these things. And a lot of times even if it comes out male celebrities are way more likely to get away with these things than female celebrities which is...sad.
I understand that it's a fictional story, but an idol sleeping with male prostitutes is too unrealistic. Obviously, those guys are going to sell the information to all the media, and it would be a scandal in Japan, hahaha. 2/10
