Feeling a little bit bad for Pyeongie though, lol... He knows nothing about the man he's crushing on.
Doesn't know what his name, occupation, or true intentions are. Only that it's all for the sake of his career. Maybe that's why he prys and provokes, asking, "Then why did you suck my d*ck?"
Maybe he wants to know if Incheol also has some sort of desire for Pyeonghwa the way he does for Incheol? After all, curiosity can lead to attraction.
the rest of my message was cut off WHAT

but since neither of them really knows each other, i guess it’s kinda fair? one is here for work, the other is just bricked up (but then again, we don’t really know what pyeonghwa thinks of incheol atm)
right now i feel like pyeonghwa thinks his attraction for incheol will die down after one fuck LMAO that’s why he’s going along with whatever bullshit incheol is on… ig to feed his desire and maybe curiosity…?
OK IT GOT CUT OFF AGAIN
continuation —
we all know that ain’t happening tho, at chapter 1-19 he’s only had a little taste of incheol and ALREADY every other guy just doesn’t compare… what more now that he actually got a taste of him???? he’s cooked
we, yes, WE are all guessing pyeonghwa will definitely fall first, considering he was introduced as homosexual from the beginning, and incheol has yet to explore his own feelings. i don’t blame him for that tho, there’s nothing tastier than a straight bottom hitting forty and losing it
yall lmk more about your takes on pyeonghwa because he’s a lot harder to read than incheol
You really hit the nail on the head, though. To Pyeonghwa, Incheol is like an itch that needs to be scratched. He probably tells himself that after f*cking him once, he'll be over him. But that's literally the complete opposite of what will happen!
Honestly, you're right. Pyeonghwa is a lot harder to read. If it weren't for chapter 15, I genuinely wouldn't have known all those sweet (yet insincere) things Incheol has done actually meant something to him. Taking him home and giving him food, gently holding his face, and the kiss... Oh, Pyeonghwa didn't even stand a chance when this middle-aged incubus appeared out of thin air and seduced him.
To add on my own personal take:
Even though Pyeonghwa seems distant and guarded towards other people for the most part, the way he acts actually says otherwise. Pyeonghwa always lets men into his home, despite them being strangers, and when Incheol stood at his door, before asking, "Should I close it?", Pyeonghwa smiles at him. This man doesn't care about his privacy and personal space whatsoever. It's like he WANTS people to come in and see him, the real him. But these men only want to have sex with him (of course). His posters, his fish tank, plants, flashy clothes, and innocent-like demeanor... Nobody else would pay attention to these things... except Incheol <3.
Like when he says something about Pyeonghwa's trophies (chapter 16) and Pyeonghwa thinks, "He doesn't miss a thing, huh?" The look on his face says, "What a pain," but in reality, he felt seen. And we all know to be loved is to be seen, haha.
So true, they're practically still both strangers to one another.
I just find it so pitiful that the man that he's clearly pining for is in his reach yet so far away. When he saw his suitcases and realized Incheol could really disappear at any moment.
But Pyeonghwa is too far gone- No one else will do for him! What will he do if Incheol leaves? That stimulation that makes him feel alive and human, where will he get it from now?
The care and attention? Who will look at him with those soft, caring eyes?
After officer Park left, I can only imagine how alone he's felt for the past six years.

they are both batshit balls to the wall insane, that is why i am genuinely so curious how these two are even supposed to fall in love but ngl i can honestly see incheol setting his job aside for pyeonghwa in the future. that man gives the same energy as novel taekjoo iykyk
and honestly it makes sense because incheol lets his job run his whole life. like he wakes up and breathes paperwork. he even got involved with someone literally for work reasons. who does that (lowkey i would too with no hesitation because heh come on man it’s pyeonghwa…)
if he starts putting pyeonghwa over his job, that’s when it’s clear we’re at the turning point fr. because for incheol, prioritizing a person over his job is basically the emotional equivalent of jumping off a cliff and i want to see it happen so bad
