That being said; the bugs and worms are due to severe anxiety disorder, just like those "worst case scenario"-delusions (I suffer from severe anxiety disorder and have them too as my symptoms, although my worm hallucinations are less vivid than his and I'm aware of them being caused by my anxiety disorder because I went to therapy), so while Yaba definitely got severe anxiety disorder due to the trauma, it is a mental illness that you can also get without trauma
