I could be remembering wrong, but didn't Chase ask Josh about the scar, and he told him it was from a different procedure? Anyone without a lot of medical knowledge probably wouldn't know the difference.
Chases needs to get his eyes checked because how in the hell does he not 1) see that Emma and Josh look practically like twins and 2) that big ass c-section scar on Josh’s stomach??? He didn’t even feel it when his hands were on his stomach???
