Josh won't get pregnant in the KMIYC main story and so far he isn't in the extras of KMIYC.

But they currently have two sons ( Pete and Cecil) and one daughter. Both sons can be seen in the extras of KML. For the daugther so far she wasn't shown and we don't know her name.

Wait I haven't read KML. I'll read the manhwa after finishing KMIYC novel. Three child ?! How.. does KML happens in the future?

KML's main story takes place around the same time as KMIYC, but most of KML's side stories take place a few years into the future, although a few side stories are still not adapted to manhwa where the children appear. ( Saw the girl in newest manhwa adaption of one of the author's stories? She also is in a not adapted side story of KLM.)
