I was also thinking that. Since he seems really attached to it, I am trying to figure out why, maybe just memories and they’re low-key friends. I think there is a big misunderstanding between them when interpreting what Shinjoo meant by still liking the brother, perhaps not romantic at all.
I honestly don’t want them together if this is making Shinjoo sad.
Is he really poly though in terms of relationship or just wanted to run train someone/foursome (since not all threesome or foursome is exactly poly, I was thinking of poly as in established relationship/rom)? I was asking last time too, and how I was frustrated with Youngjoo for cutting him off when Shinjoo tried to explain LIKE NOOO, hear him out. Now he wants to call him! But I also get that Youngjoo was off put by how blunt Shinjoo was about still liking his brother. However, it’s not clear if Shinjoo even loves his brother: HE SAID LIKE, and how that he LOVES HIM now. He used two different terms for the brothers, ‘like’ as in possibly friends type, and ‘love’ for Youngjoo.
Shinjoo seems like he was never serious with people, or people never saw him seriously due to his kinky BDSM hobby. Did we get his backstory? I don’t remember. My theory is that he could be poly, or he just wants multiple with no strings attached, so that he does not get hurt like in the past, so that he can participate in BDSM without love commitment. And that if one partner leaves, there will be ‘spares’.
I would rather he not be poly because it feels horrible and icky that Shinjoo has to give up the poly dream, he looks disappointed while throwing the stuff away (22), I am hoping it isn’t the case and that he is just sad about Youngjoo leaving him.
QUESTION: Also why did he tape and then take it off, repeat? OCD? To show unseriousness/comedy? That’s all I understood.
