ok the plot randomly came to me I can't remember if it was a manga or manhwa but so its like an office romance. mc is in love with his boss and they have a long history, they are lovers I think? but boss has family issues and is forced to marry a woman and so he breaks up with mc and mc is heartbroken and then another guy at work finds out about it? he like becomes mcs rebound and they become sex friends? rebound guy is very jealous of mcs boss? they start like falling for each other I think but then boss ex comes back into the picture and some drama ensues..
I remembered the plot when I randomly read this one line in a summary of something else 'alls fair in love and work' so I feel like that might have something to do with the title but idk
