i read it very time long ago...the boy is passing through a street and he saw a new place or someone moving in... it was or maybe a flower shop owned by a girl ...he sees a person leave and checks inside.. later the same girl is seen doing it with some guy (maybe an uncle) by the boy and every time someone leaves they leave a rose in the vase .....someone knows it ?
