even if he doesn't remember what he did that doesn't make him innocent entirely, he is guilty however the fact that he doesn't remember means he can't be "punished" in my opinion, you can't be punished for something you don't remember doing, i do agree that Juyeon is a villain because of that
I can’t understand the idea that Jiwook forgetting what he did gives him a clean slate. He is not a different person and he never changed from the kid who spread CSEM and committed rape without a second thought. Even after his friends informed him that he raped a guy (Juyeon was not specified) in the post-amnesia backstory chapter, he reacted with more homophobia instead of remorse.
