There's also this kdrama called revenant 2023 with the same god making plot. They starved a child and turned her into a monster that can grant wishes but she kills one person each time she grants a wish. Its similar to how mugo became a half-god.
But honestly this manhwa is making me laugh so bad by the amount of smut, I expected a serious chapter and they still cracking oml
So basically he used to be human until they trapped him and his soul in that urn. the faceless mugo is the original soul of the body, however after starving to death and turning into a half-god, monster mugo was born from the suffering (evidence in that he's the oldest in the au) then perv mugo was born out of monster mugo's distress, and eventually after let out, sir mugo developed out of neccessity.
My thought is that the original omega dude was his lover, and they deprived him of humanity by trapping him and then his love / slave (because omegas used to be slaves) was raped and killed.
obviously forgotten but the original probably probably struck a deal with someone in the family that ended up as the new head, that he'll grant their wishes if they give him his lover and they promised they'd give the reincarnation when he comes. So far its just been duds so monster mugo has been eating them instead.
