Idk bout the novel but honestly from what I see she kinda was an ass for ruining all three of the guys who helped her like the merchant dude she ruined economically and the mage was practically emotionally ruined and the duke was suicidal kinda shitty even though they all helped you get revenge
I think she’s just selfish. She’s at the end of the day when you were reincarnated as well or no like I genuinely don’t know or was she just reversed in her own time period to her old body because it depends on which one it was.
Because both explanations would be different if it’s the reversal back in time situation she’s just selfish. She’s a noble lady originally to begin with so she doesn’t give us shit. She probably already saw the guys mostly because of her revenge and what happened to her is disposable to begin with and only saw whichever one she liked
So am I being she is a bitch but I wouldn’t say that like she’s a horrendous person and she was just what you’d freaking expect when noble lady during that time. Period. The ones to commit revenge like it actually makes sense to me at least

In the novel, OG FL did not end up evil at all. She feels hollow after getting revenge, hence the dull eyes.
