I have a few that have the misunderstanding route and the like.
Trash of the Count's Family - reborn as a trashy noble who is trying to obtain a peaceful life of laziness by removing all the issues the story he regressed into has before they become too much of a problem.
I’m Really Not The Demon God’s Lackey - transported to another world to be a bookstore owner by a god like entity and unknowingly become a god like entity himself. Gives those who ready his books powers or top tier understanding that basically gives the god he befriended more power. He doesn’t know just what he has been doing.
My Death Flags Show No Sign of Ending - reincarnate as a spoilt rich kid who has a bad mouth. Everyone thinks he is a horrible person but he is trying his best. Honestly feel bad for the guy.
Regressor instructional manual - might be a bit of a stretch but it is one of my favourites. Transported into another world with many other people. He meets a regressor whome he follows around as he believes it’s his best chance at survival. He is definitely villainous but it’s like he is trying to trick himself into not caring about those around him.
The Player Hides His Past - mc awakens as one of his game characters in a world where portals to other world open. Acts strong but is actually very weak.
I’m Not That Kind of Talent - a monster like mc who is thought to be super sting but actually has a disorder and is sick. He is sent to the battle field at a young age and he thought everyone hates him. The misunderstanding is on both sides. A great read if you can handle the anxiety it gives you and the amount of times it will make you cry.
The Villain's Survival Route - this one might also be a bit of a stretch but if you like this book then it might be up your ally. Reincarnated as a scummy villain who is a professor at a magic academy, the body he reincarnated into made a lot of bad mistakes that mc has to fix. The misunderstandings are understandable.
