I was about to comment the exact same thing! He genuinely took me out of the sad backstory because DAMN why did they draw some random side character like THAT?! They better bring him back, he's too pretty to waist on a single chapter
Okay I understand that this is a very sad chapter and the backstory was heartbreaking, but that doctor was a BEAUTIFUL MAN. HEEELLLLOOOOO is it just me who noticed that??
