Personally im an avid coffee drinker. I drink one every morning with milk tho. And ive never had any side effects. But again ive been drinking coffee for years. I think it'll depend from person till person. I dont think a coffee is as filling as a full breakfast so your belly might get upset because of the lack of food not because of the coffee. But if you gradually get used to coffee it shouldn't cause u problems.again my own experience. And if you're ejust starting using milk and sugar may help + make ur belly think its more full and push the need dfor food. But then again eating breakfast will always be better
Hello! I'm on chapter 9 and in one of the scenes, the Duchess gives Hartwin--the brother, some coffee with milk(?). Though not really acidic since it was dark roast according to google.
My question is, won't you get an upset stomach or something else entirely if you consume coffee on an empty stomach? Have you had some experience with drinking caffeine without any food? What effects have you noticed? Was it bad or good?
I plan to try it if it doesn't have some since I pretty much have less time to eat at work and I have observed my co-workers drink them instead of energy drinks. And it's important to know that I'm not a coffee drinker--even as an adult, but I plan to try it soon.
Yes, I did my prior research on the topic. Though it wasn't extensive, only surface research. But I want to hear your side on it.
