To be honest I don't think either of them is "right"
If Seojoon never demonstrated anything in 12 years how is blondie suppose to figure it out?
At the same time, blodie has terrible self awareness, because he himself has never realized he actually loves Seojoon
To me it's also unreasonable when someone just leaves and refuses to communicate their grievances to someone. Like right now Seojoon is assuming blondie is just an extremely spoiled person and his feelings are no more than of someone who likes a pen.
That's a pretty harsh judgement on someone.
On the other side, blondie is still very clueless about his feelings, which isn't exactly his fault (people can have low self awareness and not know how to interpret their own feelings).
But being clueless doesn't erase the fact he's causing Seojoon pain by asking him to stay.
I can see where both of them are coming from, but I don't think either has very good reasons to continue acting like this.
Seojoon needs to let blondie process everything and STOP running away. Sometimes even if it hurts, you need to see a problem until the end and maybe you won't get a resolution, but you'll get closure.
And blondie needs to think better about what Seojoon means to him, stop taking him for granted, learn how to articulate whatever he's feeling and accept that maybe he won't be believed even if he realizes he does love Seojoon romantically.
Anyways, I love this couple because they're really complex people who can be reduced to "he's an asshole who doesn't deserve the other", when in truth they both have their flaws in how they communicate.
It's funny how people get mad in the comments and try to make blondie a terrible person. Or turn seojoon into a suffering martir.

This is deeper than "good guy" vs "bad guy"
It's a messy situation in their relationship and that's it
I do hope they both end up happy, preferably together as a couple, but I'd take if they don't.
