HAHA no i just think he is really absent minded and doesnt voice what he's thinking
I know what you mean, he's zoning out most of the time or he does it so randomly it comes off as weird and even more cuz hes one of those individuals with quite an intense internal monologue, adding to that how he doesn't talk much its a recipe for honest concerns about his learning health or psychological behavior (healthcare personnel over here)....Gotta admit I've know perfectly healthy and quite intelligent people who do that.
