I don't have a female anatomy. But I guess it would be similar to period cramps. The best way I can described it as sharp intense pains from the bottom of your butt all the way into the gut area of your stomach. The bigger the guy is down there the worst the pain will be. I remember my first time. Some jerk shoved it in with no lube or any prep work. Fck! It felt like someone shank a knife up my ass. I pushed him out so fast. The pain was terrible. I was clutching my stomach. My butt felt like someone held a cigarette lighter next to it. I was like son of a b'tch. Not a good first experience at all.
