This crappy adaption that you say is what the Original Author gave approval to it n so basically you are also calling the original novel author as crappy and garbage for going along with the artist's changes.

It's the same thing as with the author of Game of Thrones who sold his story to be adapted and had his story stolen and modified, and now he can only complain on his blogs haha.
I have the novel and, like other stories, It could very well adapt all the content into about 150 chapters.
As George R. R. Martin said, artists who can't create their own stories have to steal already-created stories and make them their own.
Well then, if the company allowed it then that basically means the author allowed it no?.
If the author had a problem with it then the company wouldn't allow it because it will cause an issue (the author might give a copyright case). Yes they have contracts and if the contract didn't mention anything about changing of the plots then ofc the company may ask the author on it to give they're approval.
And also if the contract did have mentioned on changes of plot then the Author have already given they're approval to make changes.
In conclusion your point of this being stolen by Spoon doesn't stand because clearly it wasn't. The company gave spoon the "go for it" after getting Approval from the Author.
And also, before works begins they always draft a file/story to the author before getting a "go for it" sign because all rights go to the Author.
If this was really stolen by Spoon as you have said then why isn't there a Copyright case? Why is the Author silent after getting their works used and stolen? Why haven't the author mentioned anykind of disapproval or dislike?

This is exactly it. The Author of this have already SOLD his story and agreed for it to be adapted. He already sign the contracts so now he doesn't have any right on the story because he has SOLD it, he is not longer the Author.
Because you can't take back somthing from somone after giving it away.
The contract the Author signed cannot be nullified once signed and if the author does then they need to make payment for the company's lost as well for nullifing the contract which they gave approval to.

You either have a very fanciful view of life, or you don't understand anything about how adaptation works.
From the moment a company adapts a light novel in Korea, it buys those rights.
So, when Spoon, as an artist, kept insisting that she continue her own story based on one already made that she was adapting, that's stealing.

This is garbage compared to the light novel. Spoon simply STOLE the original novel and did whatever she wanted with this crappy adaptation.
It's like watching Game of Thrones again with that awful ending.
