no. but i love that someone must’ve did it in some anime/manga a long time ago and everyone just ran with it.
It can technically happen, but only if someone already gets nosebleeds easily. It’s never like in anime/manga where it just explodes everywhere , that part’s totally exaggerated.

Yeah, severe nosebleeds can happen, but that’s a different situation. I was talking specifically about the arousal/anime trope.
