I think it's a story about a little prince who drew a picture. Everyone said it was an elephant, but it was infact a boa constrictor that ate an elephant.

I saw it referenced in another story I don't know how long ago.

i meant "what does he mean" as in what he said in the last panel of the chapter

I imagined he meant The top's dick is the elephant and he's about to be the snake. Being stuffed so full that he changes shape.

Or just the top's dick is the size of an boa that swallowed an elephant.

I like my first option better though.
