I thought I was the only one who made the connection that all the events in this chapter tied directly to what's been happening.
Like I figure this is what he most likely dreamed about when he almost died by cutting his wrist. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
It's all related to the dream. Or rather, the dream is related to all. I think the dream is after he cut his wrist though and after the whole "policeman barge in the house" thing though.
Daaaaaaaaamn! This chapter was so artistic! So beautifully, well put together, so sad, so interesting and... quite scary! Didn't think the author would go for this kind of horror, it was really well done. I am assuming this is Bum's dream where we see how he processed recent events. I feel bad for him, but I am glad he acknowledged the "kid's" (cop's) help and the way Sangwoo was portrayed is interesting. I kind of hope the dream means he will let himself be helped by the cop and that he is done with taking his abuse.
Also, the ticket guy at the beginning scared me, but this scared me more, holy shit:
