That's cause they are not translated much anymore. The only thing mangago updates is when users upload it or ripped from other websites i.e bato. Also users upload official versions which are basically Lezh*n and they're all yaoi mostly. About smut, I don't know if someone is uploading them or they also get from other sites. And About Manhua that asshat site does mtl anyway, which is barely understandable
