For people who don't have zero body fat sure. But people with less fat do show earlier.... but fine. Just felt like we have already seen enough time pass that it felt put of place.
Don’t even want you to get your hopes up. The manhwa doesn’t show his pregnant stomach even when he gets further into his pregnancy. It was very annoying and completely ridiculous, tbh.

Another reason I could think of is how in omegaverse lore, in some stories at least, pregnant males don't show a lot compared to the female omegas.
Like, male omegas tend to look bloated instead of pregnant, maybe that's what the manhwa artist is following idk.
