So the first part is the sub-quest “sacrifice yourself” and the main quest is to “resist temptation” which is why he had to kill her after she confessed
But like.. (wheeze) why was that his temptation though to resist? Lmao
cause he brainwashed himself into "being in love with Juri, so he'd kill himself to save her" in order to trick the system into giving him a "staged" scenario
the temptation is "loving another woman"
