It's a bit different in Japan, teachers will do round in the town to make sure students aren't doing anything dangerous especially in their uniforms (which represents the school and could damage its reputation)

Even if that was true, this is high school. Students there are almost adult peopleif not already adult. I don't think there is universe where teachers tell students in highschool who they can meet up with

So the school is suppose to provide safety for your kid after hours? Those are teachers at highschool, not babysitters. They are teaching almost adult people, there is no way teacher is going to tell them not to meet up with somebody after school its their private life, the problem this father has is so dumb lolol
