ourCiel is still on the run, and are trying to be incognito while investigating the hotel, she certainly could have blown their cover. She surprised me!
Oh yes she surprised all of us for sure but when it comes to Sebastian well.. all of this should be of such little importance to him. So seeing him being hasty and shocked from the appearance of the Queen doesnt feel right
It's weird to see Sebastian distressed. Or maybe thats just an act? I can't really believe that Sebastian is actually shocked to see the queen.
