There are currently only 5 chapters at the moment, the series is still ongoing in Japan.
This series is being serialized in Cheri+ magazine which is a bi-monthly magazine(released every two months). Sensei has skipped several cheri+ issues(she skipped the current issue- Sep 2017 too), so its not just because the translators are "slow" but literally because the mangaka also takes breaks.

Thanks for the clarification, when there's long updates, I always assume it was licensed. But to know that it is ongoing and chapters take awhile to come out gives me hope of finishing this series.
