- Brett going on his yacht date by himself. I too would be annoyed if I just broke up with my situationship and where I’d thought I be taking a date with them and someone asks me for some dumbass favor, like no wonder Brett was annoyed when Martin asked him lmao.
- Martin and Daphne being black/hispanic baddies okayyyy. I appreciate it thought that Martin doesn’t fall for the “bad/neglectful father” stereotype. God bless the author for not putting bad racial stereotypes I appreciate it.
- I need to know what Scott said to Hayden so bad wdym I have to wait until next year I don’t want to go through the hiatus noooo
I honestly don’t have a clue sadly, it can’t be the rape, possibly the fact he helped Scott? Wasn’t it something that happened near graduation? If that’s the case, it’s even harder to gauge since we rlly know nothing at that time period. Maybe Scott finds out that Brett got rid of his rapists personally? idk
Damn the way you point out yatch scene i forgot that's what brett was talking about going on date with Hayden before they broke up , scott character is so boring it's more annoying in my pov cuz scott deeply hates brett , since scott always wanted Hayden and hasn't moved on still wanted a same personality as Hayden type guy that turn out to be korean guy for scott the way he didn't believe in brett investigation annoyed the hell out of me so much author should focus on brett and Hayden relationship cuz it's fukin 10 chapters of new season and there is no improvement in their relationship i just wanted to see them being in honeymoon already considering next friday won't be update making me annoyed even more. Poor Brett stuck between others affairs for no reason.
It feels like Hayden was sitting, trying to confirm something (and maybe even afraid to confirm/infirm it and get hurt in the process) but ugh what would that be with this sh*tshow??
When Martin told Brett they might become family and how Brett was pissed ... Well, I hope at least the responsibility of getting kids would fall on Henry, and Brett and Hayden can enjoy their forever and after on that yacht, childless.
Not gonna sum it up since the other comments got it but some of my thoughts for the chapter:
- Scott is so frustrating, I totally understand his character and somewhat with how it intertwines with Haybrett but I just want my main couple back man. Scott calling that Korean guy after fighting with Brett and Martin pmo bc they’re out to HELP YOU and Martin is the Father Who Stepped Up(tm) and your calling your ex fling? Oh my godddd. Even the comments on new complain they dgaf abt Scott which is funny.
- Small detail I noticed but it seems Brett went on his Newport Yacht date by himself
