.Okay we will be introduced to another character that was the teacher of the ML1 and ML2 that looked similar to our MC. ML2 has a huge crush on him and ML1 was indifferent to him. At some point that teacher became terminally ill and has requested of ML1 to basically pull the plug on him and he did so without much hesitation. ML2 blamed Ml1 for it and called him a m*urder. ML1 basically moved on with his life aka grew up and walked on a silver spoon road but the only thing that bothered him was if the previous decision of pulling the plug was the correct move and if it wasn't just a rambling of a dying patient and that's when he made a wish of knowing it (the time he ran into our MC on the road). Thats when both their wishes got entangled and the MC transmigrated into the past of ML1. ML1 came back to the day where he pulled the plug and realized it was the correct decision which made him fully move on with his life and that's when he realized he has to relive every day he had like a deja vu same old boring days he already experienced until he met our MC that was a variable that never excited beforehand. Theres more details that happened in this part so I wont ruin the whole story for you but at the end where he ended up with ML1 and they finally moved together a day after they confessed, MC decided to buy a lottery ticket that had the same number as the one from before and once more he "got hit" by a truck and that's when MC returned to the present. A year passed while he was in a coma and he basically lost the lottery winning and also no one knew who ML1 was so MC was super depressed until his uncle told him he invested in his name and told MC to go to shareholders meeting in which he meets ML1 much older than he knew him. ML1 is now in his thirties and its revealed he waited for MC for 12 years. Not much information was revealed in how he waited 12 years but it is assumed that MC came back to present while ML1 had to relive the whole entire past till the present. And yes ML1 saved himself for MC whole time. Next spicy scene is after they meet in the present so in a very long while from now

Guys I couldnt help it and binge read the entire novel and let me tell you IT IS SO WORTH IT honestly didnt expect the plot twist of it aka where he is but unexpectedly in a good way. Definitely give the novel a try as its all revealed quite late into it
