Why all the hate for the cousin? He loved/loves Masaki and from the cousin's perspective, Masaki was cold to him when they were younger and then basically abandoned him. Then he finds out Masaki has given himself to an Alpha. I can't blame the guy for being upset.

Same... obviously in relationships noone owes you anything but when someone you care about acts cold with you and then one day you see them act completely differently it hurts. Logically we should be happy for them but its not that simple. We want people we care about to be just as happy around us as they are with other people.

That doesn't give him any right to refuse to hand over the letter that belongs to HIS FATHER, that HIS FATHER instructed him to HAND OVER. That is acting like a child.

Oh, I have no doubt he has and still does love Misaki. It still DOESN'T EXCUSE his behaviour. He is being disrespectful to everyone else, INCLUDING his father, by acting this way.

Yes, If he alpha maybe he can push misaki although must take force.. But in reality he is beta. So he can't force it... And yet his personality to understand..

The cousin's being a pain, but family and close friends who really care about you are often difficult. Masaki ignored and rejected communicating with his family, and it hurt the cousin's feelings. We really shouldn't take what the guy's saying word for word. He had to act difficult to make Masaki take notice of him and talk things out, or else, Masaki wouldn't have considered talking to him at all. He would have just received the envelope and said goodbye and that's it.
It's one of these things that you have to grit your teeth and face it.

Same here. I still don't get why people hate his cousin. Seems to me his cousin is just worried. Since in volume one Matsuo , Hiromu's cousin (?), was one of the first people they told when Masaki was pregnant remember what he said to Masaki? Masaki at one point told them how he wanted to have to family end with him (or something around those lines AKA no kids) but when when he and Hiromu found out his mind changed from that since he was happy with Hiromu. And since Masaki didn't really contact anyone from his family much or go home at all in years it's understandable that his cousin thought something like "I thought you never wanted to give yourself to an Alpha. Why are you with him?" Not out of malice but out of worry. Like he thought Masaki was forced into it not that Masaki chose to be with Hiromu. So I understand that he is acting so oddly. Not to intentionally hurt Masaki but wanting to make sure Masaki wasn't 'acting' happy and was actually happy. Since the way he treated Yuuki and Matsuo was like 'what are you guys here to make this alpha look better? Are you trying to convince me of something that isn't there?'

(It keeps posting my comment on the wrong threads)
