I need those recommendations too! Blood bank and are definately my favorite manhwa. The only thing like them that I can think of off the top of my head is Royal Servant.
Okay so it's not rly what you expect. I read 2 other manhwa that I can reccomend. Never understand, but it's more shounen-ai and not a fantasy world. And great manwha is Noblesse, but it isn't yaoi nor BL. Still much to ship ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
