siwoons father was married to his mom the sick blonde woman but then he left he for another woman the brunnette one hwo already had a kid. But when her kid got sick in a bed they needed someone to cover him (they hoped hed get better) so his father came and took siwoon from that place and made him replace that kid until he became better. But my guess is that kid died. r.i.p. And siwoon just took over his persona completly
