Yes it is. But it depends on the body. Everyone has a different body so not everyone will have lots of body hair. Even women can have more of body hair, but that can also vary.

Some ethnicities have even more hair. It's especially visible if it's darker. My brother has the same amount of hair.
Everyone has body hair whether male or female. Men just tend to have more and that too is a spectrum. I myself have pretty hairy arms and legs and I am a girl.
