Basically he hurts Courtney with his need for her jealousy, she ends up doing *stuff* with him on the balcony but Richard realises something is wrong with how she acts but by then the damage was done. Cue drama arc

He's going to choose hell and tell her they were once enganged, which is kind of a lie because it was never formally established and just said in passing in their past. No one took it seriously and nothing ever came out of it. He was hoping she'd punish him but instead she got truly upset and insecure about her position. She tries to leave and he realized how he fucked up and basically gets on his knees and begs for forgiveness. It culminates in her edging him while for the first time using his asshole. From that point on his anal training starts and becomes a reoccurring part of their play.
