if you mean by "...If You Can" universe, you can read it without order but here (this is by the date of their release), Eat Me Up If You Can (grandparents), Lick Me If You Can (Parents) and then the siblings, Kiss Me If You Can (this one, Chase is the fourth child out of six), Desire Me If You Can (Grayson Miller, Chase's older brother), and the newly-released which is Run Away If You Can (this is about the oldest of Miller Siblings, Nathaniel), pretty sure we're gonna have the youngest story too later (Bliss, the only extreme omega in Miller siblings), as for the girls, Stacy and Larien, I heard they won't have their own stories

That's a bit difficult. You have the release order and the chronological order. Then you have "...if you can" Miller family, "Kiss me..." Angel and his sons from 5 different alphas, and "Kiss ..." not part of those two series.
Concerning the existing stories (there are more planned), the chronological order would be:
Eat me up if you can
Lick me up if you can (but the epilogue of Extra 2 takes place at the beginning of Desire me if you can)
Kiss me if you can, Kiss me liar ( "Kiss me " series), Run away if you can ( still in progress) take place around the same time.
Kiss the scumbag
Kiss my grits
Kiss the stranger (not sure were to place it, it's also the same generation. I didn't read it.)
Desire me if you can ( last one of the Miller sibling's stories.)
Some of the side stories are also problematic, since some play in the future / include characters etc. from later novels, because the author often adds side stories years later.
If you go by release order it starts with Kiss me liar, Kiss me if you can... and Lick me up if you can comes before Eat me up if you can etc.
sorry but I have no idea, i only read Miller family novels honestly, you can search the "zig novel universe" on Google and there's a whole family tree or whatever about it and all of them (the "if you can" and "kiss me" series) except one are all in the same timeline and related to each other if I'm not mistaken
Because "Kiss me liar" was the first Zig released of this universe.
And why it was the first? If I have to guess, I would think of two reasons:
1. Yeonwoo is Korean, so probably the best to start of the universe, since Zig is a Korean author.
2. Keith is Grayson's best friend, because earlier this year Zig wrote that Grayson's story was the first author came up with when starting omegaverse. ...although it took 10 years to release it.lol But I really think it's true, since she had the stories of the two main series planned for many years, half of them still not released.

The only one missing on this chart is the Henry x Isaac story the author announced earlier this year. And this year "Desire me if you can" was released and "Run away if you can" release started, but is still in progress.
