You're romanticizing 'observing and understanding her' for 10 years, but knowing someone's exact dress size when you haven't been close to them is objectively strange. Though I won’t be too picky about that part. And it's interesting you say he 'knows her by heart' when most of what he bought her were expensive, flashy things that don't really match her style. Meanwhile, the shoes Eunhyuk got her, that she refused, were actually something she'd wear based on her usual style. Also calling people's preferences a moral issue is a bit much, people can have legitimate reasons for liking either character without it being about morals. You're accusing others of justifying their fave while doing the exact same thing.

My comment was not in defense of Eunhyeok at all so I’m not LOOKING for issues in Dohwa. And it’s actually so weird to me that you think Dohwa has been there for her for those 10 years, yet he was no where to be seen and completely content with his life without her.. Carry on about Eunhyeok ghosting her yet Dohwa did the same? You forget even though he was rejected, he was her friend. Friends don’t just get to abandon eachother? Just because he wasn’t her boyfriend doesn’t mean it wouldn’t hurt to lose him. Yearning for her? He absolutely was not yearning for her all those years they spent apart, please be so for real.. His interest in her only sparked back up when she inserted herself back into his life. I’m starting to think Dohwa stans have zero comprehension or don’t actually read the manhwa? Eunhyeok knew her shoe size because he remembers her size from high school, they were close enough to know those things. Dohwa doesn’t know her well enough to the point he should know her sizes in clothes and shoes. How does that mean he knows her by heart? His whole relationship with her is built off of manipulation. Her books in return for helping him at the arcade, helping her with her webtoon in return for helping him study, doing him favours in return for the interview, buying her the dress in return for being his date. She just wants to be his friend yet he’s constantly being selfish and doing things to benefit himself, including making her uncomfortable. We don’t know if Eunhyeok was actually in contact with Raim yet or if that time at the bar was the only time they saw eachother. We don’t know why Eunhyeok disappeared and if his reasons were valid or not. Ya’ll so quick to defend Dohwa, yet can’t even wait for Eunhyeok to explain things. He doesn’t want to get close to Sooae, because he doesn’t want to hurt her more and he’s scared she won’t accept him if he finally opens up to her.
