not really. i've been reading japanese yaoi mangas for like 15+ years and it's not THAT common unless you go for them lol at least there they are a little bit buff or at least have a face like a man/boy regardless if they're skinny or not (never korean level of skinny tho)
idk ive seen plenty of mangas with super skinny guys especially older ones, korean manhwas meanwhile put more buff guys as ukes in the stories than it happens in (translated) mangas
