Omegas can go into heat and alphas will get smitten by the heat and they will fuck. A male omega can get pregnant. usually guideverse is set in a future setting where there’s a threat that needs to be dealt with via the alphas (or whatever title they call it in the story) and the guides aka the omegas are the ones who heal/stabilize the alphas. its a more complex take on the alpha/omega trope, basically. another difference is guideverse have either superpowers or superhuman strength in some way, to which is depleted with each battle so that the guides can stabilize them.
