It’s a placeholder to prevent bots to upload bad translations it’s been very common lately in other translations
Where/when can I read the new ch tho
It hasn't come out yet its just a "placeholder" for when the chapter new chapter is released
the one before the PH is the new chapter, when there's another update it will be seen as "PH" again and the chapter will be marked as read, because PH was replaced with the chapter, so make sure to always click the one before the PH
