we’re like almost the same person so i kinda understand you, but regarding the friends thing js be outgoing and a happy person irl youre bound to have friends, but when its summer break and stuff i go to discord and chats with people there and ive got some friends, there’s ppl w the same interest as u u js need to find them, u can search on tt or other site so that u can find the right server to join, or u can js find some on tt there’s some ppl looking for friends there
You can definitely try joining a club if you’re going to school, especially in college since there’s a variety of clubs there. If you don’t want to join a club, then talk to people that sit to you in class. It’s rough connecting with someone, but if you consistently talk to them outside of class, you’ll become friends.
For online, I’d suggest playing a game that requires coop. For example, I’m playing Where Winds Meet (peak game btw) and the amount of people I’ve talked in game is crazy. I don’t talk much in chat but I ended up having 20 friends You just have to be chatting in a specific world chat and you’ll eventually become a regular, which also helps you find friends that have your interests. If not chatting, then you can also find guilds that are catered to people who like BL, yuri, or just manhwas in general.
So I’m 18, chronically online and live in WA. My only interests consist of s*xual health and romance stories, mainly animes and manga/manhua/manhwa. I specifically really like bl and yuri, but I am also a big fan of straight romances. I’ve been into the genre since I was like 12 and it’s the only part of my life that’s stayed consistent.
Since I only run errands, hang out with family and go to work, it’s hard to meet any new people. And even if I did, it’s almost guaranteed they wouldn’t be into anything that I’m into. Is there like online groups or in person groups where you can meet other people with these hobbies or am I just going to die alone?
