I dont think Tei is taking things for granted necessarily. I think Tei is being standoffish because he probably is angry that Shuraka lied to him and them kept him away for 10 years. As well as it is no longer a kid he feels needs protecting, its this whole ass man he doesnt know. That and by the letter and the way the king was looking at him he probably feels pressured to push Shuraka towards the princess for the sake of political ties. They are definitely not on the same page though. I think Shuraka took the vows very seriously even as a child when Tei didnt do that back then either. We are definitely going to have Shuraka chase and put pressure on Tei before we see any progress on their relationship.
I agree with you but I think it’s not that Tei was not serious it’s just that he was married to a kid and he couldn’t believe the kid actually loved him seriously… Even when projecting him in the future he was like “he’ll certainly take another bride consort”.
So yeah when he will finally see the sincerity of the little sun’s love for him, he’ll certainly fully return it because without realising he already love him deep down (no desire yet tho).
I wonder if you read what I commented. At the end you're expressing some of my thoughts as if against it. Only that in my case I am wondering and in your case you seem to be certain of what you say.
Again. Things haven't reach to a point for me to make any conclusion. I can only guess and wonder. Not yet at the level of even consider that the plot follow any stereotype. So, what I said before neither goes against your point of view nor goes along with it, so it could go in a separate thread, isn't it?
It's interesting reading other people points of views, but I didn't comment to be commented. I should stress that at the end of my previous comment. I am sorry for no saying that.
Also, without intention to offend ¿What about the spoiler alert for the ones that don't want to have spoiler? I can see that some people haven't read the chapter yet.
Merry Christmas for everyone.

I don't know how to feel about the new chapter. Maybe it's too short and I expected more of it. It does not say much about Shuraka but Tei seems to take things for granted and Shuraka hoped perhaps that Tei would reciprocate. I don't want to make much of it since we know so little about the protagonists.
