So the guy in the room has siwoons soul? N siwoon's body has that guys soul?

Nope. The person that's "Siwon" is actually naked Woojin, and that's who he was since the beginning. He had an older step brother named Siwon, and went under that name. The real Siwon was sick, and couldn't be the family heir due to his health problems, so Woojin changed his identity to be "Siwon." Hope this makes sense!
