The reason why there is no sex scene is because this isn't the "real version".
The author wrote this for entertainment on Pixiv and I don't think you are allowed to post porny stuff there.
But luckily it's getting serialized in a magazine now so the chapters will get longer and there will be some changes like for example the missing sex scene.
